These Jobs Terms & Conditions (“Jobs Terms”) govern the use of FindAPro’s job posting and application services. By posting a job or applying to a job through FindAPro, you agree to comply with these terms. These terms are in addition to our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Job Posting Guidelines

For Employers/Recruiters:
1.1. Accuracy and Legality:

  • Job postings must accurately describe the position, including job title, responsibilities, qualifications, and location.

  • Postings must comply with all applicable laws, including anti-discrimination and labor laws.

1.2. Prohibited Content:

  • Do not post jobs that are fraudulent, misleading, or involve illegal activities.

  • Do not include discriminatory language or requirements based on race, gender, religion, age, disability, or other protected characteristics.

1.3. Job Posting Ownership:

  • You must have the legal authority to post the job on behalf of the hiring company.

  • FindAPro reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of any job posting.

1.4. Job Posting Fees:

  • Some job postings may require payment. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize FindAPro to charge applicable fees.

1.5. Removal of Job Postings:

  • FindAPro reserves the right to remove or reject any job posting that violates these terms or our policies.

  • Expired or filled positions must be removed or marked as closed promptly.


2. Job Application Guidelines

For Job Seekers:
2.1. Accurate Information:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information in your profile and job applications.

  • Misrepresentation of qualifications, experience, or identity may result in the removal of your application or account suspension.

2.2. Application Process:

  • Applying to a job does not guarantee an interview, hiring, or response from the employer.

  • Employers are solely responsible for their hiring decisions and processes.

2.3. Prohibited Actions:

  • Do not apply to jobs for which you do not meet the qualifications.

  • Do not harass employers or recruiters through the platform.


3. Employer Responsibilities

3.1. Compliance with Laws:

  • Employers must comply with all applicable laws, including data protection, labor, and anti-discrimination laws.

3.2. Candidate Communication:

  • Employers are encouraged to respond to applicants in a timely and professional manner.

  • Employers must not misuse candidate data obtained through FindAPro.

3.3. Job Offer and Hiring:

  • Employers are solely responsible for verifying candidate qualifications, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

  • FindAPro is not involved in the hiring process and does not guarantee the suitability of any candidate.


4. Job Seeker Responsibilities

4.1. Profile and Application Accuracy:

  • Job seekers must ensure that their profiles and applications are truthful and up-to-date.

4.2. Respect for Employers:

  • Job seekers must communicate professionally with employers and recruiters.

  • Do not share false or misleading information during the application process.


5. Content Ownership and License

5.1. Employer Content:

  • Employers retain ownership of the content they post, including job descriptions and company information.

  • By posting a job, employers grant FindAPro a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute the content on the platform.

5.2. Job Seeker Content:

  • Job seekers retain ownership of their profiles, resumes, and application materials.

  • By applying to a job, job seekers grant FindAPro and the employer a non-exclusive license to use the content for recruitment purposes.


6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Job Postings and Applications:

  • FindAPro is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of job postings or applications.

  • FindAPro does not guarantee that job postings will result in hires or that applications will result in interviews or job offers.

6.2. Employer and Job Seeker Interactions:

  • FindAPro is not responsible for the actions or decisions of employers or job seekers.

  • Any disputes between employers and job seekers must be resolved directly between the parties.


7. Termination of Services

FindAPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to job posting or application services for any user who violates these Jobs Terms or engages in fraudulent or harmful activities.


8. Changes to Jobs Terms

FindAPro may update these Jobs Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
