These Resume Terms & Conditions (“Resume Terms”) govern the use of FindAPro’s resume upload, storage, and sharing services. By uploading or using a resume on FindAPro, you agree to comply with these terms. These terms are in addition to our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Resume Upload Guidelines
1.1. Accuracy and Completeness:
You must ensure that your resume is accurate, up-to-date, and free of false or misleading information.
Your resume should include only relevant professional information, such as work experience, education, and skills.
1.2. Prohibited Content:
Do not upload resumes that contain offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content.
Do not include sensitive personal information (e.g., Social Security numbers, bank account details) in your resume.
1.3. Ownership of Resume Content:
You retain ownership of the content you upload to your resume.
By uploading your resume, you grant FindAPro a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and share your resume with employers and recruiters as part of the platform’s services.
2. Resume Visibility and Sharing
2.1. Visibility Settings:
You may choose to make your resume visible to all employers, specific employers, or keep it private.
FindAPro is not responsible for how employers or recruiters use your resume once it has been shared.
2.2. Employer Access:
Employers and recruiters may view, download, and store your resume if you have made it visible to them.
FindAPro does not control how employers or recruiters use your resume after it has been accessed.
2.3. Third-Party Sharing:
FindAPro does not sell or share your resume with third parties outside the platform without your consent, except as required by law or outlined in our Privacy Policy.
3. Employer Responsibilities
3.1. Resume Usage:
Employers and recruiters may only use resumes obtained through FindAPro for legitimate recruitment purposes.
Resumes must not be used for marketing, spamming, or any unauthorized purposes.
3.2. Data Protection:
Employers must comply with all applicable data protection laws when handling candidate resumes.
Employers are responsible for securing and protecting resumes they download or store.
4. Job Seeker Responsibilities
4.1. Resume Updates:
You are responsible for keeping your resume updated and accurate.
Remove or update outdated information to ensure employers have access to your most current details.
4.2. Resume Removal:
You may delete or remove your resume from FindAPro at any time.
Note that employers who have already accessed your resume may retain a copy.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. Resume Content:
FindAPro is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of the content in your resume.
You are solely responsible for the information you include in your resume.
5.2. Employer Actions:
FindAPro is not responsible for how employers or recruiters use your resume.
Any disputes arising from the use of your resume must be resolved directly with the employer or recruiter.
6. Termination of Services
FindAPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to resume upload and sharing services for any user who violates these Resume Terms or engages in fraudulent or harmful activities.
7. Changes to Resume Terms
FindAPro may update these Resume Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
